The heart of the workshop lies in the hands-on creation of your personal vision board. Drawing inspiration from the visualization and insights gained during journaling, you'll craft a tangible representation of your dreams and goals. This creative process not only solidifies your intentions but also serves as a visual reminder of the possibilities that await. Which is a powerful and creative process, allowing you to bring your aspirations to life in a visually compelling way. With journaling and guided meditations, you’ll gain clarity and turn your desires into reality.

During this mini-retreat you will:

•Experience the soothing energy of reiki to balance your body’s energy and encourage holistic healing with Gulsah.
•Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls to promote relaxation and clarity.
