A small group immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically.
This session combines guided breathwork, hypnosis, energy alignment practices, and intuitive energy work in a calm and supportive environment with only six participants. Throughout the experience, you will be guided inward through deep relaxation and expanded awareness while releasing tension and reconnecting with a more balanced internal state.
The experience includes heart coherence work, guided inner visualization, energetic alignment practices, and intuitive support designed to help participants feel more grounded, centered, and emotionally clear. The smaller group format allows for a more personal and focused experience.
Many participants leave feeling calmer, lighter, clearer, emotionally reset, and more connected to themselves moving forward.
