What can you expect during the session?

Starting with a warm-up with light cardio to elevate your heart rate, the session will involve targeted exercises, dynamic stretches, and bodyweight movements. Tools like foam rollers will be used. The focus is always on controlled, quality movement and mindful breathing, not just stretching. The session will target common tight areas from sitting: hips, spine, shoulders, and ankles, aiming to reduce pain and improve function for an active life. This will be followed by a meditation session.
