It is a 4-hour immersive and experiental retreat to return to a calm state of being, soak in the serenity of nature and connect with other like-hearted humans. You will leave with a sense of peace and tools for wellness that last for months. With love, you are invited!
Bring a yoga mat, dress in athletic yoga wear, closed-toed shoes and a water bottle. We will do most activities inside. Play is outside. Brunch charcuterie is provided for every guest.
