What Is a Reserve Coffee?

Our standard for sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee is uncompromising—from top to bottom. Whether it’s the components that make up Sugar Shack (our signature blend) or our single-farm, single-variety offerings, there is no such thing as a plain or “regular” coffee in our lineup.

That said, certain coffees earn a special distinction.

Our Reserve Coffees represent the best of the best from award-winning farms and producers. They are limited in supply and extraordinary in quality. Some are winners of prestigious competitions such as the Cup of Excellence and Copa de Oro. Others are exclusive micro-lots from some of the world’s most celebrated producers, including Nidia Enriquez Salazar, Benjamin Paz, Francy Leonor Marín, José Argüello, and more.
