Led by someone, who is a mountain training mentor and a rock climbing and mountaineering instructor since 1999. Who has been teaching first aid course since 2000. The REC Outdoor 1st aid course meets all the requirements for climbers, mountaineers and instructors at every level. Course costs, 115.00 and includes certificates ( which are also suitable in the work place) as well as books and online resources.
