Join us for a 3-hour embodied breathwork ceremony weaving Hapé, Cacao, Breathwork + Sound Healing to guide release, renewal + reconnection. This experience invites you to soften the mind, open the heart + return to the body...where true healing begins.

What to Expect:
• Opening circle + intention setting
• Hapé ceremony for grounding + release
• Heart-opening cacao ritual
• Guided breathwork journey with sound healing integration
• Closing circle + community connection

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, water, and journal. Come with an open heart + readiness to descend into presence.
