Join me for a nourishing journey of deep relaxation and restoration to replenish your soul.
The experience will begin with a guided meditation moving gently into a beautifully nourishing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, rattles and drums to name but a few of the stunning instruments in your journey.
Sound is an effortless way of achieving a deep state of relaxation, and is also a powerful way of moving through blockages in the body. Our body searches for its own vibrational frequency by adjusting itself to match the resonance of the sound.

please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to settle in. The doors will be closed at 7.00pm No late entry once the session begins.
