About this Event
In this two-hour creative workshop we’ll be exploring the different techniques and styles used by designer William Morris to create our own handmade pattern tiles.
Taking inspiration from botanicals and wildlife, you’ll be able to design a repeating pattern inspired by one of Europe’s favourite fabric designers, perfect for fabrics, papers, and prints. This workshop is ideal if you are interested in learning how to turn your own drawings into patterns with the expert help of a hands on tutor.
All materials will be provided for the class, including watercolour paints and references, but if you have a photo you’d like to use, feel free to bring it along.
Course Level: Beginner
