This gathering offers a softly guided journey inward, supporting you in settling into your body where you will meet younger parts of yourself with presence, curiosity, and acceptance. With each breath, you are invited to slow down, soften, and listen.
Through grounding practices, visualization, and loving inner dialogue, you’ll have the opportunity to offer your inner child the validation, attention, and care that you may have been missing in earlier seasons of your life. As you consciously practice reparenting—bringing clarity where there was confusion, safety where there was fear, and choice where there was once only survival—you begin to gently loosen old patterns and protective strategies that may no longer serve you. In their place, space opens for a more authentic, self-compassionate, and deeply nurturing version of you to emerge.
Whether your inner child carries joy, grief, resilience, fear, loneliness, excitement, or anger, this meditation offers a space where you can meet those young parts of yourself and allow self-love to expand and quietly take root.

Molli Burkett is a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach who helps individuals break free from family and cultural conditioning, guiding them home to their most authentic selves.
