Join us at Attollo HQ for a Professional Development Series session with State Representative Nikki Rivera of Pennsylvania's 96th Legislative District.
Rep. Rivera's path to public office was built entirely in the classroom and the community. For 30 years, she taught high school Spanish in the Warwick School District, where she also served as a GSA advisor, Spanish Honor Society advisor, and SAP team member connecting students with mental and physical health resources. She served as a Manheim Township School Board Director from 2016 through 2024, including years as board president, and as an IU-13 board member and vice president.
Now in the PA House of Representatives, she brings that same commitment to every piece of legislation she pursues: fair school funding, living wages, workforce development, accessible health care, environmental stewardship, and a Pennsylvania where no one is marginalized.
In this session, Rep. Rivera will share what it looks like to turn a career of service into public leadership, how community involvement opens doors to greater impact, and what young people need to understand about the systems that shape their lives and how to engage with them.
