One of our community members has shared their story of staying active while coping MS. We hope we help others find support, make connections, and find community!A free, fun, and friendly 5K community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! It's free, for everyone, forever. Please register once before you first join, and bring a scannable copy of your barcode to each event.
Interested in volunteering? We'd love for you to join in! There are a range of roles to choose from and many of them can be combined with walking or running too.
