Join Palladium on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. to view a recent transformation of two 1920's historic Italianate buildings in Columbia’s Congaree Vista district. Attendees of this Renovation Rodeo will have the unique chance to tour the property and learn about its history and renovation process. Enjoy light refreshments as you mingle with fellow preservation enthusiasts. This is a private event for Palladium members; tickets will not be made available to the general public.
