Renfrewshire Volunteer Managers Forum

Join us for the final Volunteer Managers Forum of 2024 where we will be joined by Wendy McBeth from Volunteer Scotland for a Disclosure Act Information session. This session will give you the opportunity to learn about the new legislation and how you can prepare for working with the new Act. They will also provide a chance to ask any questions you may have about the implementation of the Act in 2025, as well as how to work with the current disclosure legislation. Key topics covered include safeguarding, different levels of disclosure checks, and privacy.

Volunteer Scotland usually deliver these sessions nationally online, and we are incredibly grateful they are able to attend the Renfrewshire Volunteer Managers Forum. As a result, we kindly ask that you only sign up if you are able to attend on the day, or if you can no longer make it to get in touch and we can offer your space to someone else.
