The constant call to serve others, manage limited resources and respond to urgent community needs often leaves leaders feeling stretched thin and weary. This weekend retreat offers a sacred pause – a time to step away from daily responsibilities and reconnect with the heart of your vocation. Through guided reflection, rest and shared conversation with peers, we will explore practices to restore energy, rekindle passion and clarify purpose. Together, we will create space for renewal of spirit and vision, so that leaders return to their organizations with fresh perspective, deeper resilience and a strengthened sense of calling.
