As we emerge from the winter months and head into spring it’s time to spring clean our bodies, dust away the cobwebs and celebrate the gift of longer daylight hours and warmer weather. The arrival of this positive season represents rebirth, growth and new beginnings.
Join us for a day of renewal, where we’ll kick things off with a detoxifying flow that’s designed to twist out those toxins and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out, lighter and creating space in our bodies.
After lunch, we’ll ease into a deep restorative practice, calming your nervous system and recharging your body.
Our venue is located 15 minutes outside of Milton Keynes. For those traveling from afar, we offer comfortable overnight accommodation at a small additional charge. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect if you’d like to bring your own food and make yourself at home.
