Winter invites us inward — a season of introspection renewal and transformation. In the stillness of this time we are offered a sacred opportunity to pause reflect and reconnect with ourselves.

Join us for Renewal a breathwork experience to support reflection self-discovery and personal growth. Through intentional breathing you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves you shed old patterns and create space for clarity and new beginnings.

No prior experience needed.

Breathwork Contraindications

• Severe/critical diseases or infections
• COPD-II and COPD-III
• Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
• Pregnancy
• If you have epilepsy a pacemaker or irregular heartbeat (Exception: your doctor gives you specific permission).

Matthew's Bio

Matthew is a Breathwork facilitator and a Somatic coach. Since a young age Matthew has had a deep curiosity and drive for exploring the human body mind & spirit. Experiencing a back injury at age 18 Matthew needed a long-term solution for managing and healing the pain. Committed to a deeper healing process he discovered breath and somatic coaching. It was through these modalities he unearthed a sacred connection to breath & body (spirit & soma) what has become an essential relationship to nurture.
