Join us at the beautiful Salt Village Hall in the quaint rural village of Salt in Staffordshire countryside for this spa day for the soul.
Your hosts will be certified life and self-worth coach, Rosie Milsom and qualified Yoga Teacher & Holistic Therapist, Victoria Clowes.
The theme of this summer retreat will be embracing inner strength, building your confidence, cultivating self-compassion and renewing your personal growth.
As the summer holidays begin, take some time for you to dive deep into some nurturing self-care and life coaching, as we celebrate the season of renewal and growth.
Your ticket will include:
- Healthy smoothie and hot drinks on arrival and throughout the day.
- An opening circle to welcome everyone to the space and set our intentions for the day.
- An empowering life-coaching workshop on increasing self-belief, releasing self-criticism and manifesting a life of growth and renewal.
- Two gentle Yoga flow sessions (morning and afternoon) to help calm the mind, connect to yourself and increase wellbeing (suitable for all abilities and yoga mats provided).
- A guided meditation to increase confidence, self-worth and peace.
- A healing sound bath to help you let go of stress and anxiety.
- A delicious, healthy lunch (and maybe a treat or two!) - dietaries will be catered for.
- A fun afternoon craft activity base don the theme of the retreat.
- The chance to connect and chat with like-minded women in calm, beautiful surroundings.
- A small goody bag for you to take home.
You will leave the day feeling closer to your best self, and with a sense of renewed hope and strength for the season ahead.
All for just £69 per person if booked on early bird by 6th September.

Places are limited as it's an intimate rural venue.
