Renew You!Join Swathi Rao, PA-C, for this eight-week revitalizing detox and re-set designed to support you in building sustainable, healthy habits. We’ll explore how to use clean, nourishing foods as the foundation for optimal wellness, while learning practical ways to boost metabolism, create lasting routines, and embrace the core principles of EAT well, MOVE well, SLEEP well, and POOP well to BE Well.
The journey starts with a thorough detox, followed by an introduction to the Mito Food Plan - a nutrient-dense approach combining phytonutrients, healthy fats, and proteins to energize and empower your body. Each session will be an opportunity to track progress, share recipes, and dive into essential topics like intermittent fasting, the role of phytonutrients, and the power of healthy fats.
New This Year: GLP Support
If you are currently taking a GLP-1 medication, this class will provide guidance on how to make the most of your medicine while detoxing and losing weight in a safe, sustainable way. These medications will not be prescribed as part of the program—please see your own healthcare provider to determine if GLP-1 therapy is appropriate for you. However, for participants already on a GLP-1, we will incorporate strategies tailored to help you get the best results from this tool.
This series is appropriate for anyone ready to reset their habits and feel their best, with added support for those using GLP therapy.
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Six Classes taught by Swathi Rao (and special expert guests!) including a hands-on cooking class, a movement class, and more at Be Well Family Care.
Be Well Protein Plus 7-Day Detox Kit (protein shakes & supplements valued at $170).
2 Nurse Visits – at the beginning and end of program for weight, measurements, and InBody Scans (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis).
Private Facebook Group moderated by Be Well staff for support, recipes, and encouragement!
Recorded Activities & Messages sent on weeks that we don’t meet to keep you engaged.
