The ReNew You programme (previously Regaining your Mojo) has been developed to help people who are needing a confidence and clarity boost. It is designed to support men and women with a need to refocus, rebalance and re-energise.

This programme is delivered over 5 sessions on zoom:

Tuesday 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th march
