Welcome to Renew You! Join us at Santee Acupuncture for a day of rejuvenation and self-care. This in-person event is designed to help you relax, recharge, and renew your mind, body, and spirit with guided meditation, sound healing, Reiki and acupuncture.
We'll explore the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine as it relates to the Winter season to create a healthy harmony within our physical and emotional bodies. According to TCM, Winter is represented by the water element, the sacral chakra, our kidneys and the emotion of fear. Whether you've been harboring any fears coming into this new year or you just need some rejuvenation you do not want to miss this opportunity to prioritize your well-being. Come and Renew You!

We will begin with setting our intentions, followed by a guided meditation to invite a state of relaxation. Crystal sound bowls assist in the activation of releasing blockages in each of the bodily systems in combination with Acupuncture and Reiki to enhance realignment within your body and renewal of spirit.
