Ava Dussault is the co-founder of 2MindfulGirls, a children’s yoga studio. Although located in Worcester, they travel around MA to teach children’s workshops and classes. Ava is 95-hour children’s yoga certified and teaches first grade special education. She holds a masters degree in Social and Emotional Learning. Ava has written two children’s books: Renee Finds Her Calm: Mindfulness Tools to Focus and Be Present, and Renee Finds Her Inner Strength. .

About the Book:

Renee is trying gymnastics for the first time but is shocked at how strong and brave all her classmates look compared to her. She experiences self-doubt and doesn't think she is good enough.
