Rendezvous with Hamilton (the Musical), with Ellen Katz

Visit the museum after hours for a patriotic, broadway-themed presentation, another installment in our ongoing Speaker Series. On Saturday, February 22nd at 6:00 pm, Broadway "Edutainer" Ellen Katz invites us to Rendezvous with Hamilton. . .the musical, that is!

Ellen Katz’s blood type is B—B for Broadway. She pursues her passion for Broadway "SuperMusicals!" and the best of the American Songbook by engaging others. Born in Baltimore, she received a BS in Music Education Magna cum Laude at the University of Maryland and taught in public and private schools.

For over twenty years, she has been invited to share her engaging presentations on "SuperMusicals!" for adults at prestigious organizations including The Chautauqua Institute, Johns Hopkins University, Peabody Conservatory of Music, The Osher Institute at Towson University and for Florida Gulf Coast University in Naples, Florida. Her lecture series have received rave reviews from attendees and administrators as well.

Ellen will entertain and inform visitors with musical selections, trivia and tidbits from behind the stage door. Admission is $10 at the door.
