1. Introduce basic ingredients

3. Demonstrate on cooking Hae Bee Hiam
4. Apply correct method to treat banana leaf before use
5. Use wrapping technique to secure rice and filling securely
6. Cooking method- panfry & grill
7. Learn to prepare batter using Pumpkin and Gula Melaka
8. Steaming method to achieve optimum texture
9. Demonstration on 8” Huat Kueh
10. Packing and storage to maintain freshness.
