The remembrance Sunday service will take place at the Stone of Remembrance in Front of Edinburgh City Chambers commencing at 1100 on Sunday 10th November 2024. The service will be preceded by a parade consisting of the Royal Air Force Central Scotland Pipes and Drums, veterans, Sea Cadets Army Cadets and Air Cadets. Followed closely behind by the Highland and Lowland Bands of the Royal Regiment of Scotland and detachments from the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air force.
The service will be officiated by the Minister of St Giles Cathedral and will be attended by the Right Hon. Lord Provost of the City of Edinburgh, and representatives of Scottish Government and Parliament, UK Government, the Armed Services and other public bodies.
