November 9th REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY CONCERT from 11.30am
10.00am OPEN for complimentary Tea and Coffee provided by the WI
10.45am - 11.15am Service at the War Memorial
11.15am OPEN for Tea and Coffee provided by the WI
Local historian Mark Potts is providing a display of wartime memorabilia with local interest and insights into a number of soldiers from Haslington whose names appear on the war memorial.
12.00pm Full band concert with a number of war time pieces from THE SWINGING WOODPECKERS
There will also be complimentary refreshments provided by the Cosey Club, any donations will be gratefully received and given to the Royal British Legion.
This event was very well received last year and we hope this year will be again well attended.
