On Sunday 8th November 2026, Ash Parish Council is hosting a public service and Parade leaving from the Ash Parish Centre, processing up to the War Memorial on Ash Hill Road. Each year members of the public congregate in the area at the entrance to the Ash Hill Road War Memorial for the Service of Remembrance. After the parade returns to the Ash Centre car park, refreshments will be available inside the Ash Centre.
Ash Hill Road will be closed from 9.30 am until 12.30 pm to allow residents to safely gather on the road and pavements.
We also invite all veterans to join in the parade and service. Veterans wishing to take part in the parade are requested to meet at the exit barrier in the Ash Centre Car Park. If you have any questions or any additional needs, please contact [email protected].
The Parade will leave the Ash Centre shortly after 10:30 am
For those taking part in the parade, we will soon publish our pre-event information online.
