This is in honor of those who voluntarily gave their lives of the Alamo which fell to the Mexican Army in March of 1836. Every last defender was killed. "Remember the Alamo" became a rallying cry for Texans who went on to win their independence.PARTNER Work-Out! Partners work together to complete the following for time:
100 SB OTS throws
200 SB Sumo Deadlift + High-Pulls
300 Push-Ups
400 Sit-Ups
500 SB back squats
Partners can divide the reps however they want, but only one partner works at a time.
Meanwhile, every 5 minutes, partners stop their movements and both complete a 100m farmer’s carry.
Participants are invited to gather at the County Fair Deli afterwards for a well-earned brunch and good conversation.
