Got a song you want to release? Unsure what the steps are?Women About Sound is hosting a workshop on releasing your music into the world. Guidance and ideas on how to cut through the noise. What you need to think about, prepare and do for the promotion and distribution of new music.
This is a practical workshop to get you started on the path of releasing your music.
Practical activities such as:
-Writing a bio
-Writing a press release
-Identifying your genre, describing your music
Bring a laptop if you can for the practical aspects.
Facilitated by Silke Hartung, editor of NZ Musician. Silke has been involved in the music community for many years and has a wealth of experience to share with you all!
