Learn how to use somatic therapy to release stored tension and trauma from your body in this introductory class on the states of the autonomic nervous system. Dr. Rachel will lead us through somatic exercises and teach us how to track our own autonomic nervous system states. This a free class open to all during our Grand Opening.
