Releasing Soul Contracts: A Group Hypnosis Experience with Dr. Smita Garg

Soul Contracts are energetic agreements made before life, which manifest as repeating patterns, karmic relationships, and chronic challenges.

In this session, we will use gentle hypnosis to go into the inter-life period and explore the contracts we made before incarnating. If there are agreements that are creating unnecessary hurdles and issues, we will work on releasing them. A session like this connects you to your soul and helps you see yourself as a co-creator of your soul plan. The process is also non-invasive and deeply therapeutic.

Prior experience of hypnosis is helpful but not required.
