Release Unconscious Blocks to Thriving

Based on the work of Bert Hellinger, Family Constellations is a group therapy process that uses the workshop participants to physically represent members of a system (usually the family) to reveal and resolve deep-rooted issues, often stemming from intergenerational trauma and unspoken conflicts.

This is an experiential workshop where participants will actively be involved in their healing process and that of other members of the group. Feelings will be felt and insights received as personal problems are brought to life in the space and unconscious dynamics are revealed.

The facilitator is Lyra Matin, LMFT, a licensed psychotherapist experienced in trauma, family/group therapy and Depth Psychology.

This is a once a month introductory series happening on three consecutive Saturdays: September 20, October 11 and November 15, 2025, from 1-6pm PST. Cost is $30 (plus processing fee) to attend one of the events. Reserve in advance as spots available are limited to keep the container comfortable and intimate.
