Turning points in life are an especially challenging time. Whether you are making a career shift, relationship change, or listening to a deep inner shift in yourself, crossing the threshold into your best future isn’t easy to do by yourself, especially if you are holding onto old, unhelpful energy and beliefs.
This monthly group is a transformational conduit for women who are ready to let go of the past and step into the future. Release to Rise is a women’s circle designed to support you in navigating that threshold with clarity, courage and connection. In here, your healing will turn into empowerment.
