Release the Creator Within

As adults, we often become so focused on productivity, responsibility and getting things “right” that we forget how to simply play, explore and create. Yet creativity isn’t reserved for artists. It is part of how we experience life, express ourselves and imagine new possibilities. Release the Creator Within invites you to step outside of perfection, quiet the inner critic and rediscover the freedom of curiosity and play. Through hypnosis, intuitive art and movement, you’ll be guided into a more spontaneous and expressive state where you can experiment, imagine and create without judgment.
