The “Underwater Traffic Jam” is officially Concrete Coral, the first installation of Miami Beach’s REEFLINE underwater sculpture park. It consists of 22 life-sized marine-grade concrete cars arranged like a South Florida traffic jam. The installation sits roughly 780 feet offshore between 4th and 5th Streets in about 20 feet of water.
