Release, recharge + reconnect in the Rockies as we focus on letting go of self doubt + forming deep bonds of self love. You will have complete unconditional love + support while surrounding yourself with your retreat sisterhood community that allows you to forge deep connections within your own heartspace in order to let go of what is no longer serving you. • Luxurious 5BR/3BA Rocky Mountain Accommodations in Winter Park, CO (a beautiful 1.5 hour drive through some of the most gorgeous stretches of highway in CO)
• Daily women’s healing circles
• Daily meditation
• Daily yoga classes that include both energetic vinyasa flow + restorative candlelight yin yoga practices
• In honor of the Fall Equinox we will be hosting 108 Sun Salutations to help you purge + release your energetic blockages
• Cacao + optional plant ceremony (hapé + sananga)
• Ecstatic dance
• Daily Excursions OR Introversions: Group Hikes or Winter Park Shopping - depending on if you feel high energy OR sit back + relax while integrating at the property
• Onsite personal chef cooked vegetarian meals with Whimisical Wellness (meat can be available for dinner when our bodies are very active)
