ART WORKSHOP RELEASE GRIEF
Phase I
We will be painting a sunflower � and hummingbird signifying beauty, devotion and love with the affirmations

*Let Go of What Was
*Have Faith in What Will Be
If you want to participate, the background will be finger paint and I will help you create the sunflower and hummingbird, you can choose to have it pre drawn.
This workshop is intended for people that have endured loss, this can be from losing someone, something, a relationship or just simply need to express their feelings and vent by painting.
When: Sat, Oct 12

16x20" Canvas, All Materials, Journal.
You keep the journal and brushes to use your creativity at home and continue your journey.
