Join Matt and Ivy for a transformative evening designed to help you release what no longer serves you and rise into a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and light. Through guided meditation and visualization, we’ll enter a state of heart-brain coherence before moving into powerful group work with Ivy using Emotion Code, Body Code, and B.E.S.T. to clear trapped emotions on a collective level.From there, we’ll create safety and grounding through nervous system regulation practices before opening into a group emotional release, supported by angelic energy work. We’ll close with a visualization practice to fill the space within with light, leaving you calm, connected, and uplifted.
