Release & Rise

This unique event begins with a calming, guided yoga session designed to help you connect with your breath and let go of what no longer serves you. Following the practice, you'll receive a glowing lantern to write down your intentions and anything you wish to release. Together, we'll release our lanterns into the sky, symbolizing a fresh start and renewed energy.

Event will start promptly at 4pm, please arrive 30 mins early to account for parking and settling in.
