Release & Rise: A Year-End Illumination Event is a sacred gathering for renewal, release, and radiant new beginnings. As one year breathes its final exhale and the next begins to stir, we gather in sacred circle to release the weight of what has been and open our hearts to what wishes to be born. This immersive experience blends shamanic illumination, embodied movement, and energetic renewal to help you shed old stories, recalibrate your body’s wisdom, and align your spirit for the year ahead. Through guided ceremony, breathwork, movement, sound and energy healing, you’ll:
Clear stagnant emotions, beliefs, and energetic residue from the past year
Transmute heaviness into strength through shamanic fire and illumination work
Flow with somatic release practices that bring your body back into harmony
Anchor your new vibration through guided meditation, sound, and ritual
