Release & Restore: TRE® & Reiki healing

A gentle 60-minute experience combining TRE® and Reiki energy to support the release of tension, nervous system regulation and deep rest.
About this Event

Our bodies can hold more than we realise. Stress, accumulated tension and the demands of everyday life can leave us feeling tired, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves.

Release & Restore offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body and allow some of what you've been carrying to soften.

This session is specially curated in collaboration with two passionate faciliatators bringing the healing power of different modalities together.

TRE® with Jenn

Jenn will guide you through gentle Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) designed to activate the body's natural shaking response, helping the body release muscular tension and supporting nervous system regulation.

This natural, involuntary movement is gently guided by a trained facilitator, and you remain in control of your practice throughout.

No previous experience is needed, and there is no need to talk about or revisit past experiences.

Reiki with Felicia

During the TRE® practice and resting phases, Felicia, a Usui Reiki Master, will offer Reiki as a gentle layer of support for rest, grounding and integration.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that works with the universal energy and the body's internal energy to support relaxation, balance and a sense of overall wellbeing.

Reiki may be offered with the hands resting gently on the body or held just above it. Hands-on Reiki is always optional, and you may choose hands-off Reiki instead.

Your facilitators

Jenn | Certified TRE® Provider
Jenn will guide and support the TRE® practice throughout the session. Jenn has been supporting women for 7 years in letting go of what their bodies have been holding. Jenn is also a sound practitioner, a traveler and lifelong learner.

Felicia | Usui Reiki Master, The Phoenix Grounds
Felicia will offer Reiki during the TRE® and integration phases, supporting a space for rest, grounding and reconnection. Felicia attained the Usui Reiki Master level 4 years ago and has been supporting others in their life journey through yoga, meditation, Reiki, sound and nature immersion for about 7 years. She has been a yoga practitioner for almost 20yrs.

Both women share a gift and heartfelt desire to create gentle spaces for women to pause, let go of what doesn't align and to support a return to presence for healing and a beautiful life.

• TRE® and Reiki are complementary wellbeing practices and are not substitutes for medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy or other professional healthcare.
• You are responsible for participating within your own physical and emotional capacity and may modify, pause or stop at any time.
• Please inform the facilitators of any injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy, medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation. If you are unsure whether TRE® is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare professional before participating.
• By registering, you consent to receiving Reiki energy as part of the session. Physical touch is optional and requires your consent. You may choose hands-off Reiki or withdraw consent to touch at any time.
• Individual experiences vary and no particular physical, emotional or therapeutic outcome can be guaranteed.
