Join BYP Detroit for a guided yoga experience designed to help you release, realign, and move intentionally into this next season. Whether you’ve been carrying stress, navigating transition, or simply needing space to breathe — this session is for you.

Led by licensed therapist and wellness practitioner Laverne Santangelo, this experience will gently guide you through intentional movement, breathwork, and grounding exercises to help you reconnect mentally and physically.

This is more than a workout.
It’s a reset.
