As we transition from the old to the new, join us for a special candlelight restorative yoga and sound experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you, restore your energy and set your intentions for the year ahead. In this nourishing practice, we will move through restorative poses and intention setting meditations, creating space for reflection, release and renewal.The flicker of candlelight will guide your journey, creating a peaceful ambiance that encourages relaxation and connection to the present moment. With the added power of sound healing from a variety of singing bowls and chimes, you will be enveloped in healing vibrations that clear the mind and align the body’s energy.
Whether you’re seeking to let go of 2024’s challenges or invite fresh, vibrant energy into 2025, this practice will leave you feeling restored, balanced and ready to step into the new year with clarity and intention.
