Join Pina Nast & Alicia Richardson for a deeply nourishing workshop that blends body, mind, and energy healing. We’ll begin with a calming meditation practice, designed to quiet the mind and bring you into balance. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle myofascial release using therapy balls, helping to soften tension, open tight spaces, and invite greater ease into the body.
Throughout class you’ll also receive reiki energy healing, allowing you to rest, reset, and receive subtle energetic support for deeper harmony.
