Release & Renew Circle
Coherence Energy Work with Thunderbyrd
Feeling stretched thin, carrying too much, or simply needing a place to reset?
Release & Renew is a bi-weekly, one-hour guided experience at Earth & Soul designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make a little room for something new.
Each circle has its own theme and immersive story. Through guided reflection, symbolic experiences, meditation, crystal bowls, and group coherence energy work, you’ll move through an intentional journey of release, renewal, and return.
This isn’t about meditating perfectly or forcing yourself to feel something. You can participate at your own pace, sharing is always optional, and no experience with meditation or energy work is needed.
Every gathering is different, but the intention stays the same: to give you a supportive place to set down some of what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with what feels steady and true, and leave with something meaningful to carry into everyday life.
Come as you are. Bring water, and a journal if you’d like.
