Mindful Reset: A Somatic Wellness Experience

This 60-minute guided experience blends journaling, breathwork, somatic awareness, and beginner-friendly movement to support emotional balance and renewed energy.
The class begins with intention setting and a reflective journaling practice that invites participants to release what they’re holding and create space for clarity. Through guided breathing exercises, body scans, and grounding techniques such as Havening Touch and sensory awareness, you’ll deepen into your body and calm the nervous system before moving into gentle physical activation.
Saidah will guide the first half of the class, focusing on emotional release and somatic grounding, before transitioning to Coach Mike for a light, accessible fitness flow. Expect core activation, balance work, and slow, intentional sculpting that aligns movement with breath and release.
The experience closes with a restorative cool-down, affirmations, and a moment of reflection to help carry your intention beyond the class.
This session is designed for all bodies, all levels, and anyone seeking a reset—mentally, emotionally, or physically.
