Sometimes old patterns and heavy emotions keep our light hidden. This workshop is your invitation to let go of what no longer serves you and reclaim the parts of yourself that are ready to shine. Through guided movement, breathwork, and Holosomatic practices, you will:

• Identify what your body and heart are ready to release

• Open to hidden wisdom waiting beneath the surface

• Leave feeling lighter, safer, and more connected to yourself

You’re Invited to Bring:

• A journal for reflections

• An intention of what you may want to release

• An open heart to receive

How to Prepare:

• Avoid eating a large meal before the session

• Wear comfortable clothes.

• Bring water and anything you need to feel supported

Other Guidelines:

• Substances: No alcohol, drugs, or psychedelics in the past 24 hrs.

• Fasting: Avoid if fasting for more than 72 hrs.

• Asthma: Must bring inhaler.

• Medical Disclosure: Inform your facilitator of any conditions or treatments before your session. Health & Safety Notice

Holosomatic Therapy is not suitable for those with:

• Serious heart, blood pressure, or neurological conditions (stroke, seizures, aneurysm, pacemaker, blood thinners).

• Severe psychiatric conditions (psychosis, bipolar, recent hospitalization, active substance withdrawal).

• Unstable chronic illnesses or active serious medical conditions (advanced diabetes, COPD, autoimmune flare-ups, recent major surgery, cancer in treatment).

• Acute illness, unhealed injuries, severe chronic pain, or advanced osteoporosis.
