Release & Receive: Wooden Pillow + Crystal Sound Bath
About this Event
Release what your body has been carrying. Make space to receive.
Presented by Magnolia Healing Arts Collaborative, this thoughtfully sequenced experience brings together guided wooden pillow practice and an immersive sound bath to support deep rest, inner listening, and renewal.
We’ll begin with the wooden pillow, a traditional mind-body tool used to explore areas where tightness and tension tend to accumulate. Through slow, guided movements and supported resting positions, you’ll have time to connect with your body, soften at your own pace, and create a greater sense of openness from within.
As the movement comes to an end, you’ll transition gradually into stillness.
Resting comfortably, you’ll be immersed in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, accompanied by chimes, ocean drum, and other carefully chosen instruments. Rather than needing to do or accomplish anything, you’ll simply be invited to listen, receive, and allow the experience to unfold.
The intention of the evening is simple:
First, release. Then, receive.
