Art can be very healing and therapeutic helping you release past trauma through the media of paint. Come join us for an exciting day of Experience & Creativity.
In this Workshop you'll be guided to identify thoughts, beliefs or emotions, that may have been holding you back from the growth you've been seeking. Once identified, you'll gently be taken
through a series of steps to Release those energies, neutralize their effects and Creating a new background upon which to Focus Your New and Uplifting Reality, the Life You Choose to Manifest through the media of paint.
You'll finish the day with a Beautiful Painting to Re-mind you of Your Desires, Possibilities & Focus.
