Release & Rise — Fascia & Nervous System Release + Cacao Ceremony + Ecstatic DanceA 3-hour embodied journey designed to release fascial tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with freedom, flow, and emotional ease.
This special edition includes a heart-opening cacao ceremony guided by the amazing Juliette Bryant, creating a powerful bridge from inner awareness into movement and expression.
Also the beautifull art video created and projected by the artist Michelle Brace.
Blending fascia-informed release, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and Ecstatic Dance, this session invites you to move, feel, release, and renew — in a safe and welcoming space.
Journey Structure
6:00 – 7:00 | Fascia & Nervous System Release Workshop
We begin with a gentle arrival and grounding into the body, followed by a guided fascia-aware movement session inspired by Yin yoga, spirals, and intuitive movement.
Together, we will:
Release deep tension held in the fascial system
Support the nervous system through simple regulation techniques
Explore gentle breathwork for calm, energy, and emotional balance
Rehydrate fascia through slow, mindful movement
Reconnect with ease and fluidity in the body
This part is slow, safe, and accessible to everyone — no experience needed.
7:00 – 7:10 | Tea Break
A short 10-minute pause to integrate, breathe, and connect quietly.
7:10 – 7:30 | Cacao Ceremony with Juliette Bryant
We begin this next part of the journey with ceremonial cacao — a sacred plant known as the food of the heart.
Gently opening the body, softening the mind, and awakening the senses, cacao invites us to move out of thinking and into feeling. As it warms the bloodstream and expands the heart space, it creates a beautiful bridge into movement — allowing the body to express, release, and flow with greater ease, connection, and authenticity.
This is not about performance, but presence… a remembering of your natural rhythm.
About Juliette
Juliette Bryant is a nutritionist, superfood alchemist, and Earth-wisdom guide devoted to reconnecting people with the intelligence of nature. Through cacao, plants, and mushrooms, she weaves together science, spirit, and deep nourishment to create powerful heart-opening experiences that support both healing and expansion.
7:30 – 8:45 | Ecstatic Dance Wave (1 hour 15 minutes)
The second half of the evening opens into a full Ecstatic Dance journey where you are free to move in your own way.
This is a space to:
Release what the body no longer needs
Express emotions safely through movement
Feel more energy, vitality, and lightness
Reconnect with joy, authenticity, and freedom
The music will guide you from grounding to expansion, from intensity to stillness, supporting deep emotional and physical release.
8:45 – 9:00 | Full Body Relaxation & Integration
We close with soothing breath and a guided full-body relaxation to allow the nervous system to settle and integrate the experience.
You will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

Alcohol & drug-free space
No phones on the dance floor
Photos may be taken of the space for promotion (no direct photos of participants will be used)
Doors open 15 minutes before start time — please arrive on time
